I recognized him immediately upon entering the elevator. He had joined the firm shortly after finishing his term as governor. He stood at the back of the elevator talking to another person. I recall him citing his "conservative fiscal nature" when addressing the other individual's comments. They both laughed. He was shorter and of a smaller frame that I had imagined. After all, he had served in the US Marine Corps and seemed tall on TV. After the other individual got off, he stood at the back in silence. I really did not know what to say to a former governor. How would I address him? After all, he was being touted a potential Presidential candidate.
As he got off the elevator to leave, he turned around, smiled, and said "good to see you". I felt completely at a loss for words for I did not expect that last-minute gesture.
I remember thinking to myself: will this guy actually be our President one day? Well, we all know now that Governor Chuck Robb never made it to the White House though he did serve in the US Senate.
Tomorrow - remembering a small man in size but a towering judge.

3rd Episode - Feb. 16, 2010
Last night had several surprises and having consulted with Kelly today, we have some theories which include:
1. John Locke's father could be the "Sawyer"
2. The young, blonde person may be either a young Jacob or Aaron
As to new questions:
1. what are the "rules" and their genesis that the young, blonde person cited to the anti-Jacob?
2. why was Hurley so polished, confident, and optimistic in the LA reality?
3. when will we see Desmond again?
I see that "Juliet" and "Alex" from "Lost" are on the series "V".

2nd Episode - Feb. 9. 2010
For me, more questions:
1. what is in the pill that Jack would not give to Sayhid? are the "Temple-ites" trying to kill whoever has taken over Sayhid's body? why?
2. did Clare take over Rousseau's body? There seems to be a connection based upon what the "Temple-ite" leader stated.
I decided to begin taping the episodes and re-watching them as I am struggling to keep up with the parallel realities.

Recap and 1st Episode - Feb. 2, 2010
We now know that the smoke monster ("smokey") is the anti-Jacob which seems to be occupying a body resembling John Locke. A few questions remain regarding smokey. Why was Mr. Echo able to repel him in an earlier season? What is the signficance of the circle of black powder that repelled smokey last night?
Other questions that remain:
1. who are the "good guys"?
2. who are the new group of people who are at the temple?
3. what is Desmond's role and why was he on the plane to LAX?
4. where is Christian Sheperd's coffin?
5. where is Clare?
6. what are major issues separating Jacob and anti-Jacob?
